Digital Products and No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once you purchase the spreadsheet and receive access to the download link or Google Sheets copy link, the product is considered “used” and non-returnable. Therefore, AntiBudget does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
We want you to be completely satisfied with your tool. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may review transactions on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice in a single transaction, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
- Corrupted or Broken Links: If the provided link or file is fundamentally broken and cannot be accessed, and our support team is unable to fix the issue or provide an alternative link within 3 business days of being notified, a refund may be granted.
